What to do

  • Never sign a permit, Permit2 approval or order for a spender you don't recognise. A signature can move tokens without any transaction from you.
  • Listings and offers should only come from the marketplace you are actually using, and should pay you a fair price.
  • If you already signed a permit or Permit2 approval, revoke it with the Approvals tool. An unused permit signature can still be submitted by anyone holding it until it expires.
  • When in doubt, reject in your wallet. Rejecting a signature never costs anything.
